The Corporate Building, designed by the Japanese architect Toyo Ito, will be one of the two access points to the Barcelona Trade Fair Gran Via and it will be located on the square on Foc Street, across from Pavilion 8 and very lose to the Paseo de la Zona Franca. The building will be an enormous red cube, contrasting the organic forms of the rest of the project. A system of blinds will create interesting textures on its four façades.
The vestibule will occupy the ground and first floors and there will be six floors of office space. The building will also have a restaurant, accreditation area, a press office and direct access to the parking area of Pavilion 8.
It will be directly connected to the Central Axis at level +14.
